Now... you must become ONE with the software! :)

Seriously, go to www.daz3d.com and login. Go to the forums, then to "The Commons" and then find the "Star Trek Builders Unite" forums there for GOLD.... ;)

And I keep getting everything BUT Star Trek. And too many sites that need me to be apart of their groups.

Al right, Ken, everything you just told me was useless. None of the files work on my computer.

I'm not exactly sure what to tell you. There is a structure for loading files into DAZ Studio, but it takes a bit more explaining than I have time for at the moment. However, here are some specific links for you:

www.xcalpro.com (Interiors, props, TOS costumes, etc.)

This is a link to the DAZ forums and a set of probably the most complete listings of downloadable models for DS and Poser you can find. If you're looking for anything specific, this is the best place to start.

http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?t= ... sc&start=0

If just using the software is very confusing, that is understandable. Try to do the tutorials in the manual and just load a character and play with it, posing it and rendering, and get used to what the software does. As you get more experience and have tried some things, you'll be better at asking specific questions that are easier for us to answer.

All the best!

Ken :)

The problem is that they don't download on my computer. An error warning keeps popping up.

There must be a firewall issue then. I've downloaded all those files without any problems. Try checking settings on your antivirus/firewall setup. Good luck!!!

I've had problems in the past regarding computers especially in modifying them. I now have a new machine that my dad got me, that is the reason I could get the new DAZ, but, I don't want to make it seem like he wasted money on me. Also, I don't know how to adjust my firewall anyway, or even know where to look for it.

What happens when you try to download a zipped file? Do you get an error message?
